To All Alumnus (Public Service Announcement)

Just so you guys know, Case Webmail will be switched to "CWRU Gmail" (*_*) [they say it is a collaboration with Google] from 1st of February 2010. Therefore, if you guys still want to use your @case.edu/@cwru.edu email address, i think it is best if you guys do transition before the date. I am not sure what will happen if you guys didn't do the transition.


This collaboration with Google will allow you to use Google Apps.

CWRU Google Apps is a new collaboration suite of services that includes a 7+ GB case.edu email account, a Google calendar, access to Google Sites, and Google Talk (IM). Students have already been moved to Google Apps.

Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and affiliates should move themselves to Google Apps before February, 2010.

Not sure what's so special with the Collaboration (we could use Google Apps even without the collaboration with Google). Just go to https://mail.cwru.edu/, follow the link on the page or just use the link above if you want to do the transition.
